Peter Bookman, CEO and President, Co-Founder Serial entrepreneur, co-founder of Inaura, Realm Systems, Forum Systems, and Phobos with 15 years industry experience with appliance and software based security start ups.
Rodney Rasmussen, CFO, Rodney brings over 22 years of experience in the structured finance and Capital Markets with JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. He runs his own incubator firm for business development and has founded several companies. He holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah and an M.B.A. from Brigham Young University.
